Research on the influence of equipment reliability on the efficiency of automatic lines operation

The problems of usage of modern methods of definition of reliability of the equipment for the sanction of problems of increase of efficiency of operation of the automated manufacturing systems on firms of a timber industry complex are esteemed. Influencing reliability of the equipment on effective output of the automated manufacturing systems in a wood-working industry is studied. Refuses in technological lines influence on reliability through casual character of sizes and certain descriptions of purveyances, parameters of machine-tools and their knots, instruments. On-stream of equipment the conditions of interplay between gears, parts, tools, bars are degraded, which one are conditioned by cyclical instability of parameters of activity of contribution links. For contribution links the failures influence technological reliability through random nature of the sizes and miscellaneous characteristics of parts, parameters of machine tools. The factors, which one influence activity of lines: temperature and humidity of environment, treatment schedules, temperature both properties of working fluids and gases, friction coefficient, deterioration of the tool, decrease of its stability, proficiency of staff, organization of service, error in time schedule controls and other. For reliability prediction of the automated lines such parameters of reliability will be used: parameter of intensity of a flow of failures; a function of reliability; a mean time of activity; service life; mean technical resource; a mean time of repair; intensity of repair; an operational readiness coefficient; Factor of technical usage. The parameters of reliability are intimately connected to parameters of productivity of the automated lines. The reliability of a production equipment considerably influences effective output and efficiency of the automated manufacturing systems in a wood-working industry. Reliability of equipment considerably influences on the actual productivity of the automated production systems. The outcomes of simulation modeling confirm, that average value of duration of intervals of output is determined in average value of time of an operation and operational readiness coefficient of the equipment. The reduction of reliability of the equipment conducts to useful increase of a dispersion of intervals of output and to a decrease of parameter of stability of operations. The reliability augmentation of the automated manufacturing systems is executed with the help of structural reserving, by minings of the schemes of accommodation of the equipment, structural - parameter optimization.
