Abstract

Various techniques for obtaining curved wood members from solid wood were analyzed, also the influence of wood properties on its deformity in the processes of bending and pressing was investigated, obtained were the dependences for calculating the degree of wood compaction as well as relationships between a test bar thickness and its length in bending.
