Abstract

This paper presents the results of experimental study of convective drying process of beech lumber under production conditions. Processed drying process cards, built drying curves and drying rate curves for beech lumber with the actual thickness 32mm. Duration of drying process for multi-stage low-temperature regime of beech timber have been investigated; obtained the value of moisture conduction coefficient at given conditions.
