Abstract

The complex usage of wood is an actual problem for wood working enterprises. Taking into account the lack of and high prices of wooden raw materials, it is very significant to plan it’s usage by all indices of accounting balance. Under the optimization of schemes of logs cutting (sawing) on lumber materials, in way how it was done until now, it was taken into account real ratio of achieved residues, and their analysis allows to identify the possible reserves for improvement of production effectiveness and better usage of wood by the complex it’s remanufacturing. The issue of rational cutting of lumber raw materials were reflected at many studies. The first studies in area of lumber materials cutting appeared in 30-th of last century. The founder of this direction was Ch.L. Feldman. His studies were connected with receiving of maximal output of lumber materials through the most optimal sizes of boards. Feldman studies were developed by Pesotskyj A.M., Titkov G.G., Yasinskij V.S., Batin N.A. The factors which influence the balance of wood during cutting of lumber materials are classified on such groups: factors, which are related to raw material (species, dimension-quality indices); technological factors (the method of cutting, preconditions, intended usage and lumber materials specifications); technical factors (which relate to technical features of equipment and materials); organizational. In regard to concrete conditions of raw materials remanufacturing, the given groups of factors have difference influence on balance of wood: some of the them are increasing the output of lumber materials, the others – are reducing. It was analysed in the article the levels of influence of different factors on the balance of lumber raw materials
