Abstract

The features of vacuum lamination are considered and their influence are also analyzed on quality of facades. Problems are also resulted which are related to the process of vacuum lamination and solution is offered to some of them. On today's time in the production of cabinet-type furniture wares, widely enough use facades from MDF. It is related to that such facades are able to provide the good aesthetically beautiful type of good and is cheaper and more simple in a production from facades from massive wood. But often there are many problems which negatively influence on quality of facade.In without membrane presses tape comes forward simultaneously lamination material and membrane. A coefficient of the use of tape in such presses is less than, than in membrane. In such presses it is not possible to conduct simultaneous lamination a few colors. During without a membrane of vacuum lamination there are certain defects. Basic defects is: warping of detail; not exact reiteration by tape of form of purveyance; there is the not complete gluing of tape to the butt ends of purveyance; break tapes or violation to picture of texture. Plenty of factors influences on quality of vacuum lamination. In particular such factors swim out on quality of without a membrane lamination: humidity of purveyance (MDF); milling quality; complication to picture; expense of glue and his causing; technological self-control is after a pasting-up; lining size; placing of purveyances is on a table; thickness of tape; temperature of heating; size of dilution; time of lamination (self-control is in a chamber, self-control out of chamber). In the article it is described by which one rank influences on quality of lamination that or other is mentioned factor, problems which arise up in a process without membrane lamination and the ways of decision are offered some of them are considered.
